The Selection Process
Our recruitment method focuses primarily on internship opportunities, which provide candidates with the opportunity to further their careers while allowing the V-SPA wellness centre to identify the true relationships between the candidates profiles and their expected modes of conduct, which should be consistent with the company values and mission. Young people who have achieved outstanding scholastic results can consult our “Job Opportunities” section to find a general description of the company departments in which the internships are currently being offered; if you already have at least two years work experience, on the other hand, the same section describes the various professional positions that are currently available.
Your application should be sent via the Internet along with your resume, the details of which will be inserted into our database. This method allows candidates to update their own profiles, while facilitating the management and evaluation of the submitted information on behalf of V-SPA.

We’re currently seeking professional figures for the following areas:

Beauty & Spa
Maximum attention to the customer, excellent interpersonal skills and a constantly well-maintained appearance are the fundamental prerequisites for the high-performance beauty sector, for which we are seeking highly qualified personnel. The necessary skills, experience and specific studies will vary based on the operational level of the position. The beauty department’s beauticians, skin care experts, massage therapists and physiotherapists must have specialized qualifications and at least two years of experience. The Spa manager, on the other hand, must have a specialized degree and title, as well as a vast operational and regulatory knowledge and at least five years of experience. The ability to work within a team and a strong propensity for professional development are necessary requirements for positions at all levels.
Aesthetic Medicine, Osteopathy and Nutrition
This sector requires highly qualified personnel in the medical, paramedical and managerial sectors.
The success of the V-SPA wellness centre depends on respected professionals (cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, nutritionists, osteopaths, etc.), paramedical staff and relaxation area professionals with excellent customer relations skills. This sector requires highly customer-oriented individuals with an excellent ability to satisfy the customer’s every need.
Fitness and Relaxation
Those who work in this sector should have an athletic and well-groomed aspect, as well as multitude of specific skills and qualities based on the level and the position occupied. Candidates for higher level positions must have a university degree in physical education, as well as management skills, coordination skills and a number of years of specific experience. In addition to a degree in physical education, instructors must possess the people skills and the reliability of a personal trainer.
This sector also offers positions for specialists in relaxation techniques, to be coordinated by a relaxation specialist who, in turn, must have extensive experience. All of the employees engaged in the wellness of body and mind services must have a strong predisposition for teamwork and for contact with the general public.
